More and more of those who are searching for “the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ” (2 Corinthians 11:3) with regards to corporate fellowship are finding themselves in a wilderness (Acts 7:38). They are actually being “led by the Spirit into the wilderness”. (Matthew 4:1) For God always begins “a new thing” with His people in the wilderness. “But what did you go out into the wilderness to see?” (Matthew 11:7)
