Politicized Christendom (Article)

Some historical background may reflect parallels between the first and second coming of Christ, and in turn, may give us some insight into the times in which we live. When Jesus came the first time, a great majority of God’s people had a perspective which was more political than spiritual.  I believe that when Jesus comes again, it will be to a people whose majority has a perspective which again has become more political than spiritual.
